- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges: ₹50 additional (where available)
- International shipping: Currently not available

7. DELIVERY PROCESS

- Our logistics partner will make 3 attempts to deliver your package
- You will be contacted before each delivery attempt
- Delivery attempts are made during business hours (10 AM - 7 PM)
- Special delivery time requests can be communicated to the delivery partner
7.2 Receiving Your Order
At the time of delivery:
- Please be available at the delivery address
- Keep your phone accessible for delivery partner calls
- Have cash ready if COD order
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting

7.3 Delivery to Alternate Recipient
If you cannot receive the delivery personally:
- Authorize someone to receive on your behalf

If delivery fails after 3 attempts:
- Package will be returned to our warehouse
