- Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
- In rare cases, unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues may extend delivery times.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
- Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for certain remote locations.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD option is available for select locations.
- Additional charges may apply for COD orders.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

International Shipping
