  • Delivery times vary based on your location:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
  • In rare cases, unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues may extend delivery times.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for certain remote locations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD option is available for select locations.
  • Additional charges may apply for COD orders.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery.
  • If the order is returned to us, we will contact you for reshipment or refund. Shipping charges may be deducted in such cases.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services to international customers soon.
